Managing the operations of rebuilding and reparation of the completely and partially damaged buildings in South Suburb and Tyr, resulted by Julys 2006 aggression, which lead to the destruction of 266 residential buildings, in addition to the private features (schools, Islamic auditoriums, T.V stations), all that operations were based on the contracts formulas between the ventures administration and the owners, according to the booklets of general and special conditions, characteristics, improvements, universal geometrical standards, and the principles and practiced process rules, also the issuing of prescriptions from the board of trustees of the counsels institution plan, though make it better of what it was, in which it guarantees an honored, noble, and venerated living to our families with guarding the social environment tissues of the destructed area.
